POSITION SUMMARY
The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position.
RESONIBILIITY
? Uses readily available information and documents to analyze Customer and Market Voices to develop Customer requirements for the proposed product concept(s) that will potentially meet those requirements;
? Generates a rough estimate of the time and costs required for development and commercialization and the revenue gain from launching the product;
? Develops product requirements to ensure key differentiators are obtained in all market segments and price points. Develops plans to introduce product line innovations or offerings and presents proposals to managements for approval;
? Develops and implements marketing plans for multiple product lines in collaboration with program managers;
? Communicates market trends to management and internal “teams”;
? Identifies, qualifies and develops market and new product opportunities for multiple product lines;
? Formulates the budget administration (market research project) for multiple product lines;
? Accumulate customer’s voices as feature input to engineering design and prioritize issues;
? Support high quality communication with KOL in strategic level and ensure awareness of strategy and objectives across the organization;
? Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
? Strategic customer relationship growth through clinical trials, MAB, seminars and customer training.

REQUIREMENTS
? Excellent written and oral communication in English;
? Strong understanding of and ability to apply fundamental marketing concepts and techniques;
? MBA Background is preferred;
? Hand on experience in upstream marketing/strategic marketing strongly preferred;
? Competency with personal computers and spreadsheet/word processing software;
? Critical thinker and creative problem solver with a combination of good intuitive judgment and strong analytical skills;
? Passionate advocate for customer needs and prudent innovation;
? Effective communicator with cross-functional partners and source divisions and corporate HQ;
? Strong combination of technical, medical and business understanding;
? Effective team interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments.
