Commercial Specialist – Laboratory Testing

Essential:
1. Native Chinese speaker, very fluent in English language.
2. A good scientific background including experience in laboratory testing in chemical / biological or life science area.
3. Strong commercial skills with capability to implement our business strategy, which includes strong focus on fostering our business relationships, and in sales and profits.
4. Good project management skills with the ability to organize and track progress and to influence others.
5. A team player with ability to work with colleagues and collaborators and to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
6. Self organized and self motivating with a willingness to travel.
7. Working experience with the latest office software products.


Desirable
1. Good knowledge of the testing market and associated regulations.
2. Excellent presentation skills.

实验室检测商务专员

职位描述
1. 通过良好的商务技巧，实现公司整体检测经营策略，维系现有客户的关系，并在技术专家的密切协助下，通过举办研讨会、交流会等获得新客户。
2. 确保实验室质控体系的实施和不断改善，符合法规，操作流程和文件满足或超过认证及客户要求；
3. 通过密切观察市场趋势和客户的需求，抓住新商机，开发新的合作模式；
4. 负责实验室认证申请、内外部审查流程；


基本要求
1． 化学分析等相关专业的硕士或以上学历；
2． 两年以上的化学/生物或生命科学实验室检测的经验；
3． 英文流利；
4． 优秀的表达能力；
5． 熟悉了解检测市场以及相关规定；
6． 强烈的自主能力、团队合作及解决问题的能力，有“事必躬亲”的心态；
7． 高度的灵活性，组织能力和创业能力，能接受经常出差；
8． 能熟练使用最新的办公软件。
