北京招聘

工作职责：

1、负责品牌管理、市场推广与策划、销售渠道建设

2、销售团队管理，制定产品销售计划并组织实施

3、负责销售合同的制定、重点项目跟进、客户关系维护


招聘需求：

1、全日制高等院校本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，具备良好的中英文沟通能力

2、熟悉3C产品的营销模式，具备一定的行业渠道资源积累，熟悉网络运营商或零售市场渠道
3、对网络营销、微博营销有深入理解，对3C产品前沿技术有敏锐的洞察力

4、至少有3年以上营销实战经验与销售团队管理经验，具备良好的品牌攻关与活动策划执行能力

Responsibilities:

1. Product branding management, market promotion and penetration, establishing sales channel
2. Build and manage a strong sales team, define sales strategy and plan
3. Execution of business contract, oversees major projects, key account relationship management

Desired Skills:
1. Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience, fluent in both Chinese and English.
2. Familiar with business model of 3C, owns industry resources and sales channel, have e-commerce or retail business experiences.
3. Deep understanding of internet selling and blog selling, have vision and foresight of 3C technology and popular trends
4. Minimum 3 years of solid sales and team management experiences, previous work in branding, public relations and event marketing preferred
