北京招聘

工作职责：

1、根据项目与客户特点进行产品分析、竞品分析、市场分析与用户研究

2、与客户进行项目需求了解与前期沟通，进行方案阐述

3、根据需求与方案进行原型设计，并与视觉设计师，开发工程师协同落实


招聘要求：

1、熟悉市场与业界动态，对于产品与交互设计最新趋势有深入理解

2、具备1年以上互联网、移动互联网各种产品与设备的设计经验，熟知设计流程

3、熟练掌握Axure等原型设计工具，具备良好手绘能力者优先

4、具有良好的演示材料设计能力以及基本的设计工具使用能力

5、善于倾听，长于沟通，具备良好的英文读写和表达能力


Responsibilities:

1. Conduct product requirement analysis, market competitive analysis and user survey upon receipt of new projects
2. Initial communication and verification of solutions before project starts
3. Work on prototype design according to customer feedback, collaborate with visual design and other engineers for final implementation

Desired Skill:
1. Clear vision and thorough understanding of latest web and mobile Internet trend
2. Min 1 year experience in mobile internet business, familiar with development cycle
3. Master of Axure and other prototype design tools, hand illustration experience preferred
4. Very good inter-person and presentation skill, has to be articulate, reasonable in thinking
5. Strong interactive design and innovation driven
