职位描述：

1. Manufacturing management Manage in hands resources to finish manufacturing mission according to production planning; involve supporting functions resource to improve the plant performance.

2. Manufacturing excellence Coordinates with related departments to resolves problems and optimize production process as SPS requirements and continuous improvement, including ISO, OHSAS.

3. Safety responsibility in workshop Safety risk analysis, preventing and awareness improvement in first line employees to guarantee safe & health working environment for compliance with defined requirements. a. H&S performance owner of the department. b. To ensure that the department H & S performance goals are met c. Responsible for the department to improve H & S issues d. Passing H&S company information to subordination e. Leading the accident investigation which happened in department and corrective actions.

4. Quality and Cost Audits processes, operation procedures, products quality to ensure quality and scrap control.

5. Production performance target achievement Arrange production and guarantee timing and optimize efficiency to reach production object. Productivity: IE, DLP Others: Multi-skilled rate, suggestion system, turnover rate, etc.

6. Team development Encourage team to improve competency & get more opportunity for people development. Deploy talent ladder & backup planning. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor or above, major on management/mechanical/electricl field is preferred; 2. At least 3 years at production management in foreign company; 3. Fluent written and spoken English;
