Key accountabilities:
1. Build corporate clients portfolio by working with the team to develop and sell unique and relevant healthcare products.
2. Build medical insurance provider and broker network to realize direct billing arrangement for Bupa medical centers.
3. Develop business referral channels within affiliated network.
4. Identify and manage opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in traffic to be Bupa medical centers.
5. Create, negotiate and close commercial agreement
6. Cooperate with marketing to synergize marketing and sales activities and use marketing activities to generate sales leads and monitor marketing activities’ effectiveness
7. Maintain existing relationships with clients and business partners.
8. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
9. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Bupa’s unique selling propositions and differentiators for cooperate and insurance customers.


Role requirements :
1. At least Bachelor’s degree, no major restriction
2. Minimum 5 years Business Development and Sales Experience
3. Excellent in cold calling and cold emailing to make meeting appointments with C-level and decision makers of target clients
4. Success experience in selling high end solutions to Guangzhou large companies’ CEO, VP and HRD
5. Strong in business partnership model thinking and partnership developing
6. Proven record in meeting and presenting to C-level people of Guangzhou large companies
7. Strong industry knowledge of corporate healthcare and/or medical insurance sales preferred, but not a must
8. High level of Energy, Passion & Self-motivation and Persistence
9. Tenacious and proficient at developing long term business relationships that grow year over year, always prepared to act as a consultant and resource to customers, sees the opportunities in customers and prospects, bases decisions on fact and intuition.
