MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS

l Participate the analysis of 8D, quality and safety.

l Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.

l In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.

l Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.

l Application of Pokayoke and SPC

l Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.

l In charge of internal package design and supplier component package validation

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background

l Minimum 2 years’ experience for mechanical design or machine design or plastic material welding

Skills & Abilities

l Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how

l Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)

l Mastery of mechanical design

l Mastery of CAD software( UG or Catia, Autocad)

l Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic

l Basic automatism knowledge

l Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control

l Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge

l Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge

l Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan

l Basic knowledge of package

l Bachelor major in Mechanical Design

l Good knowledge of LOTO
