职位描述：
会务协调主要建立、协调及管理参会嘉宾，会议酒店，供货商及公司内部员工之间的合作，以确保会议工作完整无误地进行。具体工作职责如下：
1. 项目统筹安排以及会议现场管理；
2. 会议酒店的确定及管理（包括确认会场AV设备，会议场所以及个人住宿等）；
3. 寻找合适会议供货商（包括搭建商，同传，摄影以及会议***的确认）；
4. 跟进参会嘉宾，包括赞助商，普通参会嘉宾以及演讲嘉宾的后续联系事宜；
5. 安排特邀嘉宾的住宿和项目实地考察的日程细节安排；
6. 与公司其他的部门如策划部门，销售部门和市场部门的良好沟通；
7. 控制会议成本；
8. 会后账目整理及项目归档

任职要求：
1、 大专学历及以上
2、 能够适应全球出差
3、 cet4，口语流利，英语书写优秀
4、 抗压性强，能处理紧急突发事件
5、 善于处理细节问题，具有良好的组织能力;
6、 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，同时处理不同的工作任务; 举报 分享
