PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

1.Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.
带领负责区域内的销售团队按季完成区域销售指标。

2.Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information.
根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划。

3.Set sales target and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through performance review process.
制定所负责团队的工作目标及优先顺序，通过绩效考核流程管理并确保团队成员共同完成销售任务。

4.Establish good relationship with key accountants by academic promotion.
建立与终端客户的良好合作关系，管理代理商的绩效以完成公司的销售任务

5.Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.
在所负责区域内组织各项市场推广活动，并建立良好的品牌形象

6.Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.
有效地控制运营成本。

7.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job
营造良好的激励机制以激发各级员工的工作积极性


QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

1.EDUCATION 教育程度

Bachelor's degree or above in medical or business administration
医学或工商管理专业本科以上学历

2.EXPERIENCE 工作经验

At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.
五年以上医疗器械销售及市场等相关行业管理经验。
Experience in director management is preferred.
具有直销管理经验者优先考虑。
Top sales.
具有较强的销售能力。


3.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 其他要求

1) Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.

2) A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills.
