职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据学校长远的发展规划，独立负责领导市场部门工作，定期向校长汇报并沟通市场拓展情况、学员报名情况、潜在学员的开发情况；
2、组织实施招生计划，制定市场调查规划，确定调查目的、项目、方针与计划，分别 从市场潜力、消费水平、同行业竞争状况等方面进行资源数据的搜集整理、分析协调、活动效果评估等，公正合理地利用各项资源，并上升为决策方案；

根据市场变化和需求，及时调整市场开发方案、方式方法，不断提高本校在培训市场的占有率；
4、结合当地实际市场，撰写开发市场方案，分阶段制定市场推广年度、季度、月度至每一场宣传活动的市场活动计划，并实施；
5、管理好市场部门

6、协助校长的日常工作，服从管理安排，完成各项业务工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、具有优秀的领导能力、组织能力、沟通协调和谈判能力；

3、思维清晰、反应灵敏，具备较强的逻辑分析能力和总结能力；

4、愿意挑战，有很强的进取心，具有良好的应变能力；

5、具有一年以上教育行业销售工作经验者优先；
