Job Description:
1) Well communicate with IBM departments, forwarders and other Logistics supplier to ensure timely shipping, uplift, and delivery.
2) Prepare accurate documentation, reporting and analysis, to manage KPI status.
3) Closely follow up issues, complaints, requests from related parties.
4) Get familiar with industry standards and best practice.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor Degree or above, major in Japanese or Logistics.
2) Good at JP speaking / writing. English CET 4 qualified.
3) At least 2 years working experience in international company.
4) Be familiar with office software especially excel skills
5) Very good communication skills.
6) Good sense of ownership.
