Responsibilities:

Distributor Management:

-Assisting sales team to screen, recruit, interview, and validate capable distributors to comply with MHC China distributorship regulation and compliance.or Terminate incompetent or violated policy distributors if needed.

-Execute MHC distributorship SOP to facilitate all distributors sign up annual agreement, clarify annual sales target, territory and authorized hospitals to achieve annual sales target, validate and ensure authorized corresponding account sales target accuracy

-Analyze monthly Finance sales-In & Sales-out data and refelct significant slaes figures variance to all stakeholders and conduct spot check to suspected distributors.

-Monitor Teir 1 & Teir 2 distributor's sales out to hospitals sales flow to ensure data accuracy and reasonable balance to eliminate misleading flow and distribution or cross-border selling.

-Audit and monitor distributor's monthly sales data submission deadline and quality, accuracy; If distributors fail to comply with agreement, execute the prewarning and penality subject to violence.

-Have regular business visit to key distributors to collect and validate distributors' background, profile, on-hand inventory, ordering process , market information and hospitals sales circumstance and competition periodically.

-Collaborating with DSM and distributors to build up favorable reltaionship with hospitals' pricing manager and purchasing manager to strnegthen MHC image and practive invovling tendering renewal

-Assisting sales force to seek, indentify and interview new tier 2 distributor engagement and inetract with Tier 1 distributor's negotiation.

 

Pricing Management:

-Responsible for major key Provincial/Military/Municipal/County bidding and tendering process, committee relationship and maintain favorable bidding price

-Collaborating with distributors, local sales team to build friendly relationship with key stakeholders to imitate new product price, maintain stable market price within region

 

Qualification and experience:

-Bachelor degree

-At least 3~5 years solid tracked record of dedication in government affairs, distributors management and sales team management i

-Experienced in Parma, Medical device or related field MNCs and familiar with government policy, hospitals process and agreement negotiation.

-Managed more than 5 provinces or 50 distributors experience or 8 sales force organization.( Above DSM position)

-Handle more than 10~15 larger bidding and get listed ( provincial/municipal /Military)
