职位描述：
？ Cooks, prepares and bakes food for guests and associates as per the standard recipes.
根据标准食谱卡、为客人及同事准备、烹饪和制作食品；
？ Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
遵守本部门的标准及程序；
？ Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生及形象；
？ Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.
确保正确安全的使用所有装备、机器和工具；
？ Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.
保证厨房区域达到卫生标准，包括库房、冷冻室、冰箱及干储室的干净、整洁；
？ Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.
协助验货收货并正确存储；
？ Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.
保证所有的厨房设备正常工作如有问题马上报告；
？ Participates in on job training of subordinates.
参加员工岗位培训；
？ Adhere to according the occupational safety legislation, polices and procedures.
坚持遵守职业安全法规、政策和程序；
？ Comply company all guidelines, inclusive of Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures.
遵守公司的所有工作指南,包括员工手册及相关规章制度；
？ To assist management in other matters as requested.
