Introduction
- For Automation System business unit, we are looking for Profinet technology promoter. The main responsibility is to acquire local device manufacturers to develop industrial device (ie, controller, IO, drive, sensor etc) using profinet technology

What are my responsibilities?
- Acquire China device manufactures (customers) -- Advising customers to accept PROFINET technology and convince customers develop industrial devices (controller, IO, HMI, drive, switch, etc) that support PROFINET communication.
- Coordinate internal resources (technical engineers) to support customers develop PROFINET devices by workshop, onsite support, solution consulting etc.
- Take the ownership of responsible customers. This includes but not limited to customers visit, understanding and responding to customer request, indentifying potential business opportunity, deciding the strategy of customer approaching etc.
- Work as a team with other member colleagues and external partners.
- Reporting customer acquisition activities on a regular basis

What do i need to qualify for this job?
- A minimum of 5+ years of related experience to industry automation.
- Technical knowledge of field bus technology and industrial Ethernet technology, PROFIBUS, PROFIENT, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP etc.
- Previous automation devices development experience ie., frequency converter, IO, PLC etc with embedded systems, C/C++, is highly desired and a big plus.
- Is able to adapt own working style to international environment to foster effective cooperation.
- University Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, automation, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Should be proficient in English (spoken & written).

What else do I need to know (introduction about business)
- Knowledge on industrial automation products, ie, PC, IO, drive, HMI etc, or project knowledge on a typical industry branch, such as iron & steel, automotive, logistics, textile etc are highly welcome, and is a big plus.
