Beijing Branch Manager & Business Development

CreaStyle provides uniform design and production solutions to the Luxury Hospitality industry. Our international team specializes in developing personalized, creative and functional uniform designs in accordance to client’s philosophy, venue inspiration and interior decor.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for candidates looking to grow with CreaStyle,
CreaStyle objective: becoming LEADER in CHINA for luxury uniforms.

CreaStyle is looking forward to open its first branch in Beijing to develop business in the region.

Responsibilities:

A. Sales Development
? Manage and edit prospect database,
? Managing client relations from initial sales meetings, ongoing account management, after-sales service and follow-up,
? Achieving Sales target and department objectives,
? Work closely with Design and Production department to develop new collections for customers,
? Traveling to meet with customer for promotion and business development ,
? Handle after-sales related issues to meet clients’ needs,

B. Regional Office Set-up & Development

? Daily updates and editing on CRM and Accounting Software tools,
? Work along with CreaStyle GM to manage existing and create new marketing tools relevant to Beijing Region,
? Building/Managing team of 1 intern after 3 months, 2 Staffs after 6 to 9 Months;

Requirements:
? Bachelor/Master degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines,
? Minimum 3-5 years working experience,
? Previous Sales or Account Management experience would be beneficial,
? Must be willing to travel (Weekly in Region, Monthly to Shanghai),
? Previous fashion or hospitality experience is a plus,
? Excellent in both spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus,
? Self-motivated with excellent communication skills,
? Excellent presentation,
