职位描述：
工作职责：
1． 处理各种出口文书（装箱单、形式发票等）；
2． 与供应商、报关行和货代协调，确保货物顺利出口和发运；
3． 承担部分出纳的工作，如整理做账单据，管理现金等；
4． 准备出口退税所需要的文件；
5． 与供货商联系，跟踪总部下达的订单；
6． 经理交办的其他任务。

***请注意，该职位是纯做单据的，不涉及销售方面的工作，也不以销量来定绩效。但是非常需要细致和责任心。
***工作量基本就固定在一周五天，每天8个小时内，基本不太会加班。

任职资格：
1. 大专以上学历，国际贸易、物流、财务、会计专业优先考虑；
2. 2年国际贸易跟单经验，熟悉整个外贸操作流程（包括出口退税），石材、瓷砖行业优先考虑；
3. 英语四级以上水平，有良好的英文沟通能力、书写流畅；
4. 工作认真负责细致。

提供相应正式员工的社保五险一金和补充医疗保险，每年一次定期体检。

Responsibility as Export specialist
1. Handle the export business documents (custom clearance, packing list, proferma invoice, etc);
2. Work with vendor, custom broker and forwarder to make sure export and shipment is in operation smoothly;
3. Work as cashier to handle export cash flow – review payment from US / to vendors, cash management;
4. Prepare documents for tax refund;
5. Other tasks assigned by manager and purchasing team.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance/ Accounting/International trade preferred;
2. 2 years foreign trade/ merchandising related experience, construction materials (tile/stone) experience is preferred;
3. Have high sense of responsibility;
4. Good command of both English and Mandarin ability;
5. Understanding of international trade terms and price, the basic knowledge of product quality and quantity, transportation and payment settlement etc. 举报 分享
