? Good skill in using Solidworks , Auto CAD, SAP skill is a plus
? strong ability of statistics on Microsoft Excel.

Job description:
? Technical and planning support for the project manager
? Design consultations
? Production accompany and support
? Maturity assessment and evaluation based on the "Acceptance Checklist for Assembly" and generating measures- Trial operation
? Participation in design meetings and progress checks
? Weekly recording and tracking of all open issues / defects in a "defects list" until final inspec-tion. Participate in scheduled meetings to monitor the status of defects.
? Checking current implementation and deadline statuses until final acceptance
On site coordination and monitoring
- Coordination of site activities, participation in the daily construction site meeting.
- Tack time and availability optimization of the equipment technology with fault analysis
- Optimization of the bolting quality with analysis of defects/faults
- Preparation of the "Station Readiness" report. Review of the equipment and other tools (shelves, tools) for completeness. Recording all deliverables in a "Station Readiness List". Recording status quo of implementation and scheduling.
? Interface coordination with plant and factory planning, as well as for control technology

Dürr Assembly Products GmbH （简称DAP） 是申克公司的全资子公司并隶属于杜尔集团。申克DAP公司为汽车工业及附属的零部件产业提供总装装配技术及总装下线的检测技术。
DAP于1999年在上海建立自己的维修服务站，负责杜尔DAP公司产品安装、调试、服务、培训、跟班作业和备件销售方面的业务。这个服务站于2008年并入上海申克机械有限公司，成立为DAP部门（总装产品部）。
