职位描述：
负责更新、整理工厂新技术、新产品信息，进行有效地分类、汇总，为满足各部门的需求做准备。
? Provide product Atlas, part number inquiry, technical information support.
? 提供产品图册、零件号查询、技术信息等支持。
? Be responsible for providing maintenance products list of tools and technical information.
? 负责提供产品维修工具清单、技术资料。
? Provide customer operation and maintenance, technical support for fault diagnosis.
? 提供客户操作保养、故障判断的技术支持。
? Manage and analyze the company's service report, provide fault reason statistical reports, case analysis and other reports.
? 整理分析公司的服务报告，提供故障原因统计报告、案例分析等报告。
? Guide and give training to service colleague for testman of installation.
? 指导、培训服务人员对testman等IT工具的安装使用。
? Coordinate to manage the printing and issuance of technical manuals.
? 协助管理技术资料的印刷及发放。
? Coordinate to training supervisor to develop the training course for the product. Implement related products training.
? 协同培训主管开发所负责产品的培训课程。实施相关产品的技术培训。
? Other technical support manager assigned project work.
? 其他技术支持经理指派的项目性工作。

具体要求
? Above 3 years working experience in Automotive Industry
? 3年以上汽车工作经验
? Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive or engineering
? 大学本科以上学历，汽车或机械类专业
? Great English skill in Oral, Listening, Reading and Writing
? 良好的英文听说读写能力
? Be familiar with office software
? 熟练应用办公软件
? Be responsible for automotive construction knowledge
? 掌握汽车构造知识
? Have the basic knowledge of engineering automation
? 具备机械自动化基础
? Familiar with transmission structure, principle and application
? 熟悉变速箱结构、原理及应用
? Great communication skill
