职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 建立人才搜寻渠道，了解中高级人才的动态信息；
2. 与客户沟通，了解客户需求信息，提供招聘方案与计划；
3. 进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案，选择寻访渠道；
4. 搜索、面试、评估、筛选及推荐候选人；
5. 向客户做候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务；
6. 保持与维护客户和候选人良好的关系。

任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 3年以上工作经验，有操作整个项目流程的成功经验；
3. 有较强的分析能力与快速学习能力以及自我驱动力；
4. 良好的客户服务意识，思维敏捷，条理清晰；
5. 优秀的沟通技巧，善于采取主动出击的方式搜寻信息；
6. 工作主动、积极，良好的职业道德、能承受压力大的工作环境；
