职位描述：
1. Project Management:
? Responsible for sales related systems deliverables, checking for quality, completeness and adherence to SDLC
? Overall responsible for delivery of systems projects to be on time and on budget
? Working closely with the following parties:
- Engaging cross-department users and/or stakeholders - for business requirements
- Involving other systems team - Application, infrastructure, Security / Governance Leads - for guidance, inputs and delivery on all aspects of systems delivery from business case stage through to analysis, design and implementation
- more importantly to define the scope of work for the next iteration together with the development team
- Liaising and managing third party system developers , where applicable
? Tracking and managing project progress, from analysis through to deployment
? Preparing project estimates, solution etc. during business case stage
? Identifying, managing, resolving or mitigating cross team risks; Escalating risks to function head, where necessary
? Identifying, managing and resolving cross team issues; Escalating issues to function head where necessary
? Preparing weekly status report
? Reporting systems stream progress to the project working committee, escalating any issues/risks for attention/guidance/ resolution to function head

Requirements:
1. Education
? University graduate
? Fluent English / Mandarin in both oral and writing
2. Working Experience
? Minimum ten (10) years of IT experience, of which the last three (3) years have been in Project Management
? Internet and insurance related experience a significant plus;
? Experience in managing a large to medium sized team, and managing production support for sophisticated technologies across multiple applications
? Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
