工作职责：

1、 负责公司电子商务网站的日常工作（www.motherswork.cn）；

2、 通过电话解答顾客对产品的咨询、介绍实体店及网店的产品；

3、 及时处理在线订单，开具发票，并与物流同事合作完成：货物发送、跟踪等工作，确保货物及时送达客户；

4、 负责与总部沟通确保产品上架及正确标价等工作；

5、 使用微博等网络渠道有效推广公司产品并提升集团品牌价值。

职位要求：

1、 大专以上学历，电子商务、广告、市场营销等专业；

2、 2年以上电子商务管理工作经验、熟悉网店运营要求；

3、 良好的沟通能力，可以使用英语交流；

4、 较强的在线推广能力。
