职位描述：
Requirements (years of experience, knowledge, skills and abilities)
IT related Bachelor or Master Degree
At least 5 years related work experience
Knowledge of typical server side CMS and web hosting and web execution environments such as PHP and MySQL, experience with http client, web services and consuming public API. Familiarity with Linux system administration; familiarity with issues related to distributed web applications
Web client side: knowledge of Javascript and jQuery framework; experience with Html and CSS
Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, sense of innovation
Excellent communication, organization, coordination and overall planning skills
Good English communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
Familiar with process to obtain ICP license
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of all Shankai developed web sites and media platforms
Ensure that all technical solutions are compliant with the industry standards and regulations
Provide weekly reports on performance of web sites and media platforms
Work with Digital Media team and third party vendors to ensure the most cost effective and highest performing solutions are found to secure web sites and digital platforms
Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner
Monitor security of all technology platforms
Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company’s web sites functional in the event of a crisis

确保所有技术解决方案符合行业标准和法规
每周提供网站和媒体平台的绩效报告
与数字媒体团队和第三方供应商合作，确保找到最具成本有效和最高执行解决方案，以确保安全的网站和数字平台。
流利的开发优化技术，以最技术高效的方式提供***的用户体验
监控所以技术平台的安全性
