工作职责：

Audit system and rate the new vendors 对新供应商进行质量体系审核及评级

Define/implement/follow up improving actions for potential vendors 定义、实施、监督潜在供应商的改善活动

Project monitoring regarding FAI and milestone for new products 对于新产品的开发项目的FAI过程监控及里程碑监控及管理

Support supplier in Zero-Defect-Activities 支持供应商进行“0”缺陷生产

Coordinate NCR in serial production 协调批量生产中的质量问题

Annual supplier re-audit (system) 年度供应商审核

Coordinate process audit in case of serious non-conformity 发生严重质量问题时实施过程审核

Audit the vendor production processes 对供应商进行生产过程审核

Support supplier in understanding the KB drawings and technical specs 支持供应商理解克诺尔图纸及技术要求

Lead FAI in coop with supplier and KB internal 主导供应商及克诺尔内部进行FAI

Support supplier in root cause analyzing and implementing 8D action plan to NCR 支持供应商进行问题根本原因分析、针对质量问题实践8D问题处理方式

Drive and support supplier in continuous process improvement (including produt quality and industrial process) 督促并支持供应商进行持续改善 （包括产品质量及工业过程）

任职要求：

Bacholer degree or above大学本科以上

Minimum 3 year quality related working experience 3年以上质量相关工作经验

Knowledge of quality tools methods & implementation 熟悉质量工具及质量工具的使用、实施

Lean production knowledge 精益生产知识
