职位描述：
General Responsibilities
? Managing the regional quality operation team in an efficient and effective manner in order to meet and exceed customer requirements.
? Act as the interface between global quality organization and local quality team
? Communicating with government department
? Ensuring that the correct facilities, resources, environment, systems and training are available to staff to allow them to achieve the standards of quality and productivity required from the operation.
? Administering the company quality management system as a management representative
? Take lead for the response for the field technical calls from sales and customers.
? Take lead for the response for all incoming non-conformances regarding products.
? Take lead for coordinating of preparation and shipment of lab samples requested for sales, trial and registration.
? Review all Non-Conformance reports with production and institute corrective action.
? Monitor progress on technical service projects.
? Review and sign Certificates of Analysis for regional requests.
? Auditing of facilities incorporated with the internal and external.
? Review all work instructions in the quality manual for a general understanding of all QA procedures.
Qualification and Skills
? Bachelor degree in quality or food/medicine related fields.
? Fluent English.
? Western candidate is necessary, need ability of Chinese communication.
? Working experience in food/medicine manufacturing industry.
? Minimum of 3 years quality managerial role.
? Familiar with HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, GLP…
? Ability to be flexible and analytical.
