Concept Generation / Big Idea
■ 团队合作，发展最初的大创意
■ Work within a team, developing the initial 'big idea'
■ 为新的任务创建概念
■ Create concepts for new assignments
■ 协助资深人员，根据品牌的本质和特质创建品牌表现策略
■ Help tease out the qualities and essence of the brand

设计与延展
Design & Development
■ 收集资料和信息从而协助创意发展
■ Support creative development by gathering information and data through research
■ 在了解总体概念和各种要素的基础上发展有质量的解决方案
■ Develop quality solutions by understanding the bigger picture and the various components that contribute to it
■ 与团队合作发展适合客户需求的概念
■ Work with the team to develop the concept that suits clients’ needs
■ 产出有质量的设计
■ Create quality design

客户 / 内部关系
Client / Internal Relationships
■ 与资深人员一起和客户会面，讨论客户的商业目标和创意解决方案
■ Meet clients with relevant colleagues to discuss business objectives and creative solutions
■ 与设计和制作团队合作确保持续产出有质量的作品
■ Liaise with design and production teams to ensure continuity of quality delivery
■ 针对相关的设计问题与团队和对口客户人员沟通
■ Team member and point of contact for any relevant design issues

贯彻执行
Implementation
■ 准备为客户提案的素材
■ Compile material into client presentations
■ 发展，测试并执行应用项目的创意
■ Develop, test and implement ideas across a range of applications
■ 确保工作能够达到最高标准
■ Ensure that work in progress is to the highest standards
■ 按设定的时限提交工作并为延迟交付的工作作出合理的解释
■ Meet agreed deadlines and where necessary advising of late delivery
■ 结案后以高标准总结每个案例的分析档案 Case Study
■ Assist in the preparation of the case study to a high creative standard
■ 协助评估最合适的合作者、供应商
■ Assist in the budgeting and assessing of the most appropriate partners/suppliers
■ 确保所有设计档案在结案后准确归档
■ Accurate archiving of all data and back up of all files

■ 协助并支持资深和资浅设计师一起协调和归纳大家的创意想法
■ Assist Senior and Junior designers in the team to fine tune each other’s ideas
