Position Objective:
Seek business opportunities for HNW channel construction ?Achieve organization (non-bank, non-broker) business target ?Build up organization channel sales management system and support platform
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To seek business opportunities and develop new channels to tap HNW clients.
- To plan, manage and drive business model discussion, setup and business kickoff with new channels.
- To provide training to referral partners’ sales staffs on products and insurance concepts and to identify customers’ insurance needs.
- To organize and prepare client seminars and events with new channel partners, to identify potential quality referrals and follow up.
- To evaluate referral cases from referral partners and make sure quality referrals to HNW direct sales.
- To achieve pre-set business targets on VoNB and ANP, active referral partners and quality referral counts. ?- To manage key accounts.
- To monitor sales momentum and performance, and therefore identify improvement areas and develop action plans accordingly.
- To develop solid relationship with key person of partners.
- To provide feedback to the management on sales trend, sales feedback and market updates.
- To support BU HNW team in case follow ups, as required
Job Requirements:
? University/College graduate plus 5 - 7 years of marketing, new channel business development and event management experience
? Preferably with frontline experience with HNWI clients access, such as luxury goods, fashion and super clubs. ?? Qualifications of local Chinese insurance intermediary license ?? Good spoken Chinese and English ?? Good communication and inter-personal skills ?? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure ?? Excellent presentation skills and communication skill ?? Energetic, enthusiastic and commitment to make a significant achievement to business growth
