职位描述：
主要负责服务部门的技术支持及日常事务。主要职责包括以下几个方面：

- 完成技术资料的翻译与校正；
- 负责技术及安装文档的管理与更新；
- 负责在线技术问题的值班工作，以及数据统计；
- 每周更新设备使用状态表，并统计服务工程师出差计划；
- 统计及更新设备的服务协议状态，提醒续约与催款；
- 完成总经理交办的其它各项工作。

职位要求：
- 全日制本科或以上学位毕业, 机械及机械自动化、电子工程、材料等专业；
- 具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神，善于与客户及同事沟通；
- 熟练使用相关办公软件（如：Excel、Word、PPT）；
- 较强的逻辑思维能力及统筹能力；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力；
- 有独立工作能力及抗压能力；
- 适应出差生活。

Service Assitant Engineer for Arcam Beijing
Job description：
Be responsible for technical support and daily affairs. The main responsibilities include the following aspect:
? Technical material and documents translation;
? Technical and installation documentation management and updating;
? Online technical support and data statistics;
? Update the machine current status weekly, and count travel plan of service engineer.
? Service agreement update and renew.
? Complete other tasks assigned by general manager
Candidate requirement:
? Bachelor degree or more above in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Technology, Material science or similar degree;
? Must be able to communicate well with customers and colleagues;
? Good at office software.
? Strong logical thinking ability and overall planning ability;
? Good English ability both written and spoken;
? Ability to work independently and cope with pressure;
? Able to travel frequently.
