职位描述：
Merchandising Assistant (SAP function-master data & po function)
Objective:
To assist buyer / buying manager in managing all aspects of SAP related buying function;
To work closely with buyers and other buying assistants on SAP system daily operation;
To support buying team & other related dept with sell thru analysis, sales report analysis etc;
To support all SAP related BI report development;
To support logistic dept and work with warehouse on all aspects of SAP related function to make sure delivery schedules;
To assist store on inventory movement, stock check or any other SAP related issues.

Job Description:
Collection of all correct and confirmed orders from buyer / buying manager for all categories and transfer the data and create the seasonal master data pool;
Upload all master data into AFS system for the PO preparation;
Input and upload orders into SAP system to generate the PO; update the seasonal purchase recap with system PO number;
Create new vendor code if necessary;
Work closely with other team member to make sure all the system-related function operate correctly and smoothly
To perform system updates and generate reports for business analysis and review, develop to write Macro excel report if necessary;
To work with headquarter SAP & BI team to develop sales report in system;
