职责：

？ Coordinate across functions to ensure the implementation of related procedures .
跨职能部门进行沟通以确保各项流程在中国采购部内部顺利实施；
？ Follow up and monitor the main KPIs
跟踪并监督中国采购部主要采购指标的完成状况；
？ Purchasing market info collection and analysis.
采购市场数据收集与分析；
？ Monitor special projects assigned by Director.
负责指定项目的管理工作。

任职资格：

？ University degree or above with engineering or electromechanical background.
本科以上学历，具有工科或机电一体化背景；
？ Have 3-5 years working experience for project management or leading experience in purchasing area,
3-5 年项目管理或采购管理经验；
？ Excellent managing and cummunicating skill
良好的管理及沟通技巧；
？ Strong power on implementation and supervision
很强的执行与监督能力；
？ Knowledge of structure and organization in an international company or relative foreign companies
了解跨国公司的组织架构；
？ Good oral and written English skills；German is optional.
良好的英语口语及书写能力；会德语更佳；
？ Willing to travel frequently and work in different locations.
适应经常出差和多地点办公。
