职责：
1. To responsible for writing ,testing the gear machining program, support technic in production
负责编写、调试齿加工机床加工程序，对生产车间进行生产技术支持
2. Exactly choose & use the tools for gear machining(shaping & hobbing), optimize cutting data to protract the tools’life.
合理选择、使用各种齿加工刀具（主要是插齿及滚齿），优化切削参数，延长使用寿命
3. Step up the productive efficiency in production.
负责（或协助）机加工车间生产效率提升
4. Provide all kinds of data to correlative department
向相关部门提供各种生产数据

任职资格：
1：Bachelor or higher, major in Mechanical or NC specialty. in rich work experience, college can accept
机械专业或数控专业，本科以上学历（如经验丰富，可考虑专科）
2：More than 3 years work experience in machining and programming
三年以上机械加工、CNC手动编程工作经验
3：Can fluently use shaping and hobbing tools
能熟练使用各种齿轮刀具
4：Be well up in gear machining program, and operating the gear machine tools
精通Siemens系统的齿加工编程，能熟练操作数控机床（插齿机床及滚齿机床）
5：With innovational and spirit of enterprise
