Responsibility:

1 Responsible for analog IP module and IC designs, simulations, verifications and layout supervision.
2 Establish the Analog Design Methodology to ensure quality and IP reuse.
3 Work closely with the Digital Design teams in Beijing and offshore offices.
4 Discrete IC definition, IP integration, implementation and project coordination.

Requirements:

1 Master or above in Electronic or Microelectronics Engineering.
2 At least 2+ years of experience in analog IC or IP designs.
3 Familiar with mainstream EDA tools like Cadence Composer, HSPICE and Eldo.
4 Familiar with PLL, ADC, DAC, OP, Class D, Power Manager IC and High Speed Serdes designs is a plus.
5 Good written and oral English communication skills.
6 Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer..) is a must.
7 Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with team members.
