1) 负责接听客户咨询电话，记录内容以及做相关解答；
2) 能及时通过电话沟通发现来电客户的需求及意见，并对信息进行记录、整理、汇报；
3) 执行上级所委任的其他相关工作；
职位要求：
任职资格:
1、中专以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先
2、口齿清晰,普通话标准,声音亲和力强;
3、良好的客户服务意识以及沟通技巧;
4、思路敏捷，有较强的应变能力和表达能力;
5、良好的学习能力、沟通和协调能力,具有团队精神和高度的责任心;
6、具有基本电脑使用能力.
7、有相关客服工作经验者优先，对汽车行业感兴趣优先。
上班时间均为轮班制，一周双休，入职即享受五险一金、年底双薪以及员工福利等。
