职位描述：
Account Supervisor – Corporate

Responsibilities:

1 Manage renewal process of clients, reach annual KPI target.
2 Providing and supervising the service to client as needed.
3 Presenting yearly policy and group performance review to client in regular basis.
4 Coaching executive on operation sides.
5 Build up close relationship with client by meetings, calls.
6 Strategy brain storming with manager and BD
7 Data input in systems.
8 Manage on boarding process of new clients.

Requirements:
1 Location: Beijing
2 Bachelor degree or above
3 Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant client service experience preferably in China.
4 Fluent in English and Mandarin spoken and written; other languages a plus
5 Strong ability to manage across cultures and work with people from different backgrounds
6 Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7 Self-starter, able to work under pressure to achieve company targets
