岗位职责：

1、 协助主案设计师、设计总监组织制作、收集、挑选、整理所需设计资料

2、 保证与硬装设计师在项目过程中的密切配合，帮助业主控制项目预算，负责跟踪整个设计项目直到完工验收；

3、开发供应商，熟悉供应商资源，材料价格，建立并完善软装资料库；

4、负责监督汇报文件，找寻概念化图片，制作家具、物料、五金洁具手册

5、负责软装设计团队的建设，在主案设计师/项目经理的管理下，依据公司要求对团队成员进行定期考评

任职要求：

1、室内设计、建筑、环艺美术等相关专业本科毕业，条件优异者可适当放宽；

2、6年以上相关工作经验，有良好的艺术修养、 专业知识，有较强的调控和督导能力，熟悉软装设计与施工的相关专业规范；

3、对软装材料、现场摆设和工程预算以及团队工作效率具备把控能力；

4、能独立完成专业的软装设计方案，对艺术风格和色彩有专业的见解；

5、有独立完成酒店、会所、别墅、样板房等项目的软装设计经验；

6、熟练使用室内设计相关的常用软件及办公软件；

7、能及时了解软装产品的更新。
