职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、学员管理：负责检查记录班级学员的日常出勤情况，对于学员的异动情况（转学、休学、转班、退学）及时进行登记，并协助职能进行办理；管理学员档案等。
2、教师管理：安排教师带班；及时记录教师上课的日常情况；课后根据教师上课情况，及时准确统计教师课时费、教师绩效奖金等。
3、班级管理：根据校区运营情况，安排合适的班级进行招生，对于升学班级，及时做好合并班等工作。
4、安排、协调中心教师、教室及教资等中心资源，保证资源合理化利用。
5、完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，要求有1年或以上工作经验；
2、熟练办公软件相关以及技能；
3、沟通能力强，工作细致，抗压性强；
4、热爱教育行业，喜欢孩子，希望在教育行业长久发展。
