职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、访客、来宾的接待、引见；及时准确接听及转接电话；
2、管理员工考勤和外出登记，入离职等人事方面工作，及时反馈问题；
3、维护公司的办公环境和满足公司办公需求；（收发信件、物业报修、设备正常运行等）；
4、内部流水账目的记录及每个月结账；
5、协助公司其他人员业务，会务及活动安排；出差人员预订机票、酒店及其他支援；
6、完成领导交办的临时性工作。
任职资格：
1、中专及以上学历，相貌端正，普通话标准，性格开朗；
3、有前台、行政工作经历1年及以上，受过商务礼仪、社保、档案管理等方面的培训，英语好的加分；
2、熟练处理邮件，熟悉Word、Excel等常用办公软件及办公设备；
4、具备良好的沟通能力、细致严谨、勤奋踏实、有责任心。 举报 分享

The China office-Shanghai is a representative office of Middlesex University. We are a non-profit organisation to provide students services and application admission. Also, to maintain and develop the collaborations with local higher educational institutions. As a source hub in China, we create, develop and market various academic and training programmes with outstanding Chinese universities.
