职位描述：
Belong to GE Automation & Control business. The PM is typically managing single product/service projects or a specific scope ofthe larger / more complex projects. She/he will drive project execution, from kick-off to contract closure, to maximize the results of the project with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering the project on time, in conformity with the contract and the requirements of Sector on EHS and according to Customer expectations, search for opportunities and mitigate risk。
-？ Project Execution Strategy: based on the contract, develops and implements with the line Management, or the Leader of the Project the strategy for the execution of the allocated project scope in order to achieve the project performance goals.
- Project Organization: defines, sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the allocated project scope. Organizes his (her) project team and ensures that the team members have clearly identified roles, responsibilities, defined interfaces and are empowered within their scope of duties.
- Performance Management: constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key performances indicators (KPI). Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements.
-？ Project Process: assumes full responsibility for the delivery of the allocated project scope through Hand Over from Tendering until all obligations are complete at FAC and/or Hand Over. Takes necessary actions to improve the overall project process, consulting with the Leader of the Project if appropriate. Manages and resolves conflicts. Also provides feedback to Sales, Tendering and other Business Functions on the performance of the Project and processes.
-？ Project Planning: develops, monitors & communicates the Master Time Schedule for the allocated project scope and updates it on a periodical basis so that it reflects the current status. Avoids scheduling conflicts. Manages Project float to ensure timely completion of the Project 举报 分享
