职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助业务院长负责医院的医疗、医技的业务技术管理工作；
2、负责组织全院工作人员学习新业务、新技术，并负责督导、考核；
3、协助院领导维系现有医疗资源和业务合作单位；并寻求新的优秀的医疗资源及疗效好、有发展前景的新项目；
4、协助院领导负责医院内预防保健和卫生宣教工作。
任职资格：
1、学历：大专及以上学历，护理学相关专业。
2、户口不限，性别不限，年龄30-50岁
3、具备5年以上、一级以上医院的临床护理经历。
4、执业注册资格，并具有护士职称。
5、熟练操作办公软件。
6、熟悉国家有关卫生政策法规和卫生行政部门颁布的各类规章制度，以及本院制定的本岗位职责及相关工作制度等。
7、具有良好的亲和力、表达沟通能力、教学能力、妥善处理各类问题的应对能力，
