职位描述：
Main Focus and Challenges
   Ensure orders received are delivered on time, with good quality.Control the project cost and capital in the budget. Support acquisition activities and budget fabrication . Support company in business growth to achieve its 5 year strategic plan.

Specific Responsibilities：
-Support acquisition activities include of win&loss analysis to factory sales on customer requirement, marketting analysis and inside capability.
-Set project developing cost budget,capital and profitability target
-Set project quality and timing target
-Set up team and organize project kick-off meeting.
-Monitor and drive schedule,reduce risk and control project cost, R&D fee, and investment.
-Track and update project status and prepare weekly report
-Organize project team meeting to resolove project issues.
-Visualize project job sheet in Obeya room. Tracking the problem through 3C.
-Phase signoff meeting leader to review project status with management team include of Design&verfication, Process, Launch and close meeting
-Capture lessons learn for the team
-Track payment from customer to control AR.
-Change management external and internal.
-Documents collection for customer acceptance.
-Project file management and store in all phase.
-Open windows to customer
-Support rolling forecast quaterly.
-Procedure improvement through VSM.

Qualifications and Experience
-Formal Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent
-Knowledge: 1.Basic mechanical product and metal material knowledge
                        2.APQP managment
                        3.Lean basic knowledge as a plus
                        4. Spoken and Written Germany or Korean will be preferred.
-Experience: 1. 3 years or above project managment experience in customization manufacture field
                         2. Power generation, Boiler, or petrochemical field experience as a plus. 举报 分享
