职位描述：
Job Description:

* Identification of client’s requirements

* Property Search (use of our database to call landlords, partners…)

* Compiling of a formal property proposal

* Property viewings with the client

* Negotiation of the lease agreement between the landlord and the client

* Follow-up of the client throughout the lease to maintain a good relationship and create value (Remark: Our Customer Service Department is supporting our RC after the contract is signed)

* Daily reporting of your tasks in our CRM

* Clients origin: website, word-of-mouth, partners’ referrals, call-ins…

Knowledge & Skills required:

* At least 1 year working experience in real estate in Beijing is a plus

* Knowledge of all the famous compounds where expatriates live in Beijing

* Proficiency in English is mandatory. French is a plus

* The ability to communicate clearly to people of different cultures and backgrounds

* Ambition to move quickly within the team to a senior position and take care of more sophisticated cases (corporate clients)

* Patience (there’s a lot to learn for new comers in this industry, and the first six months are usually very challenging) 举报 分享
