职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Leading and developing the medical staff, acting as the lead member of the executive team in charting the strategic course of medical and technology development for the clinic.
2、Communicates with foreigner doctors, Chinese doctors and other departments, leads the development of and the propagation of quality standards and Medical Staff policies by working with team.
3、Provide direction and coordination for the development and implementation of the training plan, including sleep medicine doctors and technicians.
 
Qualifications:
1、Desire and ability to drive important broad strategic direction across a complex system
2、Leadership experience in a teaching facility
3、Licensed physician (M.D) with clinical training
4、Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
