Working for CTC Group Ltd. at its head quarter in Beijing, PRC., the executive assistant possesses the authority to make crucial decisions affecting the direction of the organization, and is therefore is an important a resource in decision-making and support to the group. The executive assistant needs to perform the usual roles of managing correspondence, preparing research, and communication while also acting as the "gatekeeper," understanding in varying degree the requirements of the executive, and with an ability through this understanding to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of the executive's time.

The executive assistant may from time to time act as proxy for the executives, representing him in meetings or communications.
总裁助理可根据需要代表高管出席会议或交际。
The executive assistant is expected to possess a higher degree of business acumen, excellent communicator and leader, work under pressure and take initiative, be able to manage projects, delegate, follow up different operations, as well as have the ability to communicate with different parties.
总裁助理需要具有较高的商业敏锐度,优秀的沟通能力和领导力,能在压力下工作并积极主动管理项目,跟进不同的工作,具有较强的沟通能力。
Executive Assistant everyday main responsibilities should consist of:
总裁助理日常主要职责包括:
1. Assist the chairman in ensuring deadlines are met, ensuring any mission or task, are executed within the allowed period;
协助总裁确保任务在规定的期限内执行;
2. Deal with strategic partners and international organizations relationship and complete tasks efficiently;
有效处理战略合作伙伴和国际组织的关系并有效地完成任务;
3. Provide effective and value-added daily business support to the chairman to achieve business targets.
为总裁提供有效增值的日常业务支持,实现业务目标;
4. Assist the chairman to develop company strategy and planning.
协助总裁制定公司战略规划;
5. Coordinate related business relationship, internal and external communication for chairman, among other International organizations and partners, Canadian and Chinese Government, etc.
协调相关业务关系,协助总裁与其他国际组织和合作伙伴,加拿大和中国政府等的内部和外部关系的沟通;
6. Communicate with outside agent and vender for projects and prepare business plan report.
与外部代理和供应商沟通项目并准备业务计划报告;
7. Coordinate various meeting requests and provide senior logistic assistance.
协调各种会议安排并提供高级后勤援助;
8. Manage calendar, coordinate and update daily appointments.
管理日程并协调和更新每日日程安排;
9. Handle translation work.
负责翻译工作;
10. Provide other ad-hoc support as needed.
根据需要提供其他特别支持。
Mandatory Requirements基本要求
Education教育
University master degree in an associated field or sector of communication, business administration, political science, international relations, public affairs or relevant educational background with demonstrable job-related experience.
新闻,工商管理,政治,国际关系,公共事务或有相关教育背景的研究生学历,具有相关工作经验。
Language语言
Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
精通英语(阅读,写作和口语)
Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
精通普通话(阅读,写作和口语)
Speaking French would be an asset.

Experience经验
At least 5 years experience working in Administration/Management
Experience in dealing with the general public and customer/client service.
