职位描述：
1、协助总经理制定销售战略规划，为重大销售决策提供信息支持和建议。
2、协调企业内外部关系，独立拜访客户，对企业市场营销战略计划的执行进行监督控制和目标分解。
3、领导部门员工完成市场调研、市场开发、市场推广、销售、客户服务等工作。
4、完成所负责区域、行业的销售指标，负责整个销售的流程，包括售前市场调查、新客户的开拓，客户信息的搜集，组织技术支持、项目投标，合同签订、回款等整个销售流程。
5、负责销售队伍的建设与培养。

任职要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，电子或相关专业；
2、5年以上销售经验，2年以上管理经验，有电子元器件终端销售经验者优先；
3、具有良好的语言表达能力、人际交往能力，思维逻辑能力、沟通协调能力、心理抗压能力及学习能力。
