Purpose:

To enhance the store’s sales and staff abilities, with the company business policies and operation guidelines, to deliver training including brand, product, VM, sales skills etc and provide promotion and replenishment suggestions in a particular geographical area.This could well include frequent business trip all over in China, so expect to be fairly busy.

Required Experience & Skills

? At least diploma degree
全日制大专或以上学历
? At least 3-years work in apparel industry which must have 1 year or above Franchise Operation experience
至少3年服装行业工作经验,必须有1年或以上加盟商运营经验
? Strong communications and presentation skills in public
高效的沟通绩效和公开场合的演讲技巧
? Professional mentor and be able to assess staff and motivate others
