Main Objectives

Failure / Root cause finding for ZF passenger car automatic transmissions


Key Responsibilities
1. Failure analysis on passenger car automatic transmissions
2. Fault memory evaluation
3. Follow up on detailed single parts analysis status
4. Parts and / or transmission return to ZF Plants for further analysis if necessary
5. Detailed reporting on the findings and documentation into ZF Database
6. Creating Analysis Report
7. Participate in internal Quality Meetings
8. Collaborate with the ZF Development and Quality department for continuous improvement of the product.

1. Quality Departments in Germany and USA
2. Development Departments in China and Germany
3. Mobile Service Departments in China and Germany and USA

Working experience 3 years experience in the vehicle / transmission technology or quality related field preferred
Education Degree level qualification:
Mechanical – Vehicle technician / 4S shop related background
English Listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
German (optional)
Computer Proficiency in MS Office software
