职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织实施公司的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、 会计监督，提高经济效益。
2、组织执行国家有关财经法律、法规、方针、政策和制度，保障公司合法经营，维护股东权益。
3、参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动的决策和方案制定工作；参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查。
4、制订公司年度总预算和季度预算调整，汇总、审核下级部门上报的月度预算。
5、负责主管业务的检查改进与研究发展。
6、做好财务系统各项事务处理工作，提高工作效能，组织部门人员的培训及考核工作，提高财务人员的业务素质，增强团队合作精神。
 
Job description:
1.       Organize and execute financial, cost, budget management, accounting computation, accounting supervision to improve benefits;
2.       Execute financial laws, regulations and policies to ensure the legal operation and safeguard shareholders’ rights;
3.       Participate enterprise investment, important operational activities decision-making and planning, participate in research and review of significant economic contract and agreement;
4.       Formulate annual total budget and seasonal budget, connect and review monthly budget of subordinate department;
5.       Responsible for examination, improvement, research and development of major business;
6.       Deal with affairs of financial system, organize training and assessment of personnel in financial department.
 
任职要求：
1、会计、财务专业硕士及以上学历，具有注册会计师或中级以上财务会计职称。
2、性别不限，年龄30—45岁。
3、五年以上财务管理工作经验，具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验。
4、出色的经营分析、财务预算、集团财务整合的能力和经验，能独立组织经营分析和财务预算编制。
5、熟悉国家财税法律规范，擅长资本运作。
6、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨，工作仔细认真，有良好的职业道德和纪律性。
7、熟悉英语或法语优先。
Job requirements:
1.       Master of accounting or financial management, CPA or medium level accountant or above;
2.       Male or female, age 30-45;
3.       More than five years of working experience in financial management, possess comprehensive financial knowledge;
4.       Outstanding ability of analyzing, financial budget and group financial integration, capable of organizing operation analyzing and budget formulation;
5.       Familiar with financial laws and regulations, good at capital operation;
6.       Integrity, responsible, Detail oriented, disciplined and have professional ethics;
7.       Familiar with a foreign language, English or French would be a plus.
