职位描述：
Abacare is a leading insurance broker in China and Asia present on the market for more than 20 years through our several offices across the region.

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our Beijing Branch and help continue building our business success and expanding our market share.

Business Development Director Responsibilities include:

1. Manage designated Beijing Producer Team in the growth of the client & new business portfolio and achievement of individual Business Plans & budgets
2. Develop & achieve Team new business revenue budget
3. Achieve personal new business budget
4. Expand existing product line, including participation in training and education
5. Lead growth of Abacare’s Employee Benefit and Life Insurance portfolio, including developing strategy, targeting industry group & clients
6. Develop new business strategies, on a corporate and individual prospect basis
7. Interface with clients on service requirements where relevant
8. Maintain your team stability and lead recruitment when necessary

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Relevant work experience related to business development in insurance company is preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
