Job title：HR Specialist_Xi'an (contractor)
Responsibilities:
? The HR specialist base in Xi’an site, partner with Janssen Supply Chain China business, support BUHR to drive achievement of people initiative for business objectives.
? To support execution on organization efficiency, change management, and respective organizational efficiency project.
? To partner with BUHR to deploy Johnson & Johnson Product System behavior change project incl but not limited on communication, meeting effectiveness and coaching project.
? Support and execute other projects and deliverable as determined by enterprise, regional and site level.
? Play as focal of HR lead site recognition session
? Other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
? A minimum 1-2 years professional experience
? Proficient on English speaking and writing.
? Easy build trust and able engage different stakeholders.
? Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
? Project management of managing, planning and implementing project and business support initiatives.
? Good learning agility and resilience under working pressure.
? Digital tools application is preferred.
