The Role & Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for JLRC and China NSC two legal entities G/L and reporting work
2. Responsible for fixed assets bookkeeping with sufficient supporting documents and annual stocktaking
3. Lead inventory stocktaking process
4. Cost center structure improvement
5. Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and accurately post into SAP system
6. Follow up outstanding issues of BS reconciliation (e.g. long ageing items in OR & OP, inter-company balance settlement)
7. Analyzing account movement and preparing the commentary to central accounting team
8. Complete monthly/quarterly disclosure pack forms
9. Liaise with other departments and central accounting team in supporting and developing company's procedures, guidelines, and policies for accounting area
10. Business Operational process implementation from general ledger standpoint
11. Support for SOX audit and various internal and external audit

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
1. 4-year bachelor degree majored in finance related
2. Solid accounting knowledge on IFRS and PRC GAAP, CPA or ACCA holder
3. SAP experience and HFM experience
4. Good sense of process improvement, internal control and compliance procedures
5. Strong communication skills
6. Fluent written and oral English
7. 6-8 years working experiences in accounting, at least 2 years in G/L and reporting
8. Willing to take challenge and pressure
