Key responsibilities / Abilities to deliver or perform 主要工作职责/工作中所需能力:
Asia IT INFRA Service and Daily Operations
? Provide IT support to end users by email, telephone, Lync and other communication channels.
? Server and network monitoring and maintenance, including configuration of purchased IT devices
? IT incident, change, configuration and user access management, and user training
? Co-operate and support other members of the IT department and external partners
? Ensure and follow-up of unresolved issues and feedback to customers accordingly
? Daily maintenance of hardware, software and other IT devices and equipment
? Creation and updating of related IT documents and manuals
IT projects
? Implement and support IT projects in defined tasks
? Cooperation with projects resources and participation of project activities and tasks
? Manage and guide system suppliers and internal implementation partners
? Documentation and training of project when required
Other tasks
? Other specific project and operational tasks
? Other tasks assigned by Head of IT and/or IT Infra manager

Person specification 任职资格:

Experience & Knowledge 工作经验及知识
? Willing to learn
? Good knowledge of computer hardware and software, Windows OS, IT hardware, data back-up and server and storage systems
? Basic knowledge of Virtual platform (VMWARE), database (Oracle), SharePoint
? Basic knowledge of IT Project management
? Knowledge of IT security and IT facilities (CCTV, access control)

? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

? Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
